March 2009 - The Luxury Pet Pavilion kicked off the 2009 Spring Show with an exclusive celebrity fundraiser with Ashley Paige, swimwear designer and star of TLC show "Bikini or Bust". Ashley is also the founder of Ruff Houzen Animal Rescue, a new no-kill animal shelter in Los Angeles. The celebrity fundraiser titled, “Barking Boutique Bid-N-Buy” raised funds for the shelter. Guests mingled with pet-friendly celebrities as they enjoyed a silent auction with over 50 of the latest pet fashions, home accessories and innovative pet products on the market today. Oscar Newman donated over $700 worth of luxury pet couture and accessories for a very lucky pooch! Oscar Newman is proud to be a supporter of the Ruff Houzen Animal Rescue foundation.
